Post

Based on your needs, you can select a plan starting with as low as 1000 submissions per month. Our Enterprise plans start at 5,000 submissions per month and can go as high as 40,000 submissions per month or more. To view your submission history or change your plan, navigate to your account page by clicking on your username.
A submission, also called a post, is any content or status posted to a Social Network (i.e. 1 article submitted to Twitter). If you submit a single article to 50 Networks, that would be considered 50 submissions.

Incorrect Login/Password
If your Posts are not submitting to some of the Networks, you may need to update your account credentials. To see if you have any problems with your network credentials, click on the Network Notifications section on the top right of the header.

No Network Account Found
It is also possible that you entered a username and password for a network, but you don’t actually have an account with that network. At this time, OnlyWire does not create network accounts for you. You may select the icon for a network to launch their registration page in a new window. Follow their prompts to complete the registration process. Then go back to your Networks page and select the network. Enter your account credentials and select >Save.

Network Account Not Validated
Some networks require you to validate your email address at the time of account creation. Other Networks such as Reddit require you to authenticate your email address after your first submission. Please be sure to validate your email address with each network you set up with OnlyWire.

Network Updates
When networks change their protocols, OnlyWire may temporarily remove networks from our list while we make necessary updates. If you submit a post to a network that has been temporarily removed, your post will be placed in ‘Scheduled’ and will be automatically submitted when we bring the network back.

Submission Plan Limit Reached
You may have reached your OnlyWire submission plan's limit. OnlyWire does not allow you to exceed your subscription plan. If you reach your OnlyWire subscription's limit, any additional posts will not be processed. Once you have upgraded your OnlyWire Plan to match your usage, go to your Post page, select >Bounced to display the post you need to resend.

To check the status of your submissions, view the details of each submission from the Post page. Your Post page displays posts submitted within the last 30 days. To download your History in .csv format, click the download icon.
Yes. If you are an OnlyWire Lite, Pro or Enterprise customer, your plan includes our Captcha processing service at no extra charge.
A Bookmark Post is a great way to promote a blog post or url to your favorite social networks (includes URL, Title, Description, Tags). A Status Post is only available for networks that allow Status Posts, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn (includes Message only).

The time it takes to syndicate content is dependent on the type of syndication tool you choose. Manual and Wordpress plugin posts are syndicated immediately. The RSS Feed tool generally searches for new content every 60 minutes. Please allow additional time for large batches of content.

Go to your History page to see a log of your article titles and status. OnlyWire will store your completed submissions for 30 days. Use the Download option to store the history in an Excel file if you like.
OnlyWire plans allow you to syndicate up to your plan limit for each 30 day billing cycle. Once the Submission Limit has been used in full, you will have the option to upgrade or purchase additional submissions. If you do not use the full plan amount, then the remaining submissions are forfeited. Every 30 days the submission count starts at zero submissions.
Scheduled
Once the submission is scheduled, it cannot be edited. Delete the scheduled submission and manually re-submit the post using the Bookmark or Status post option.

Completed
Once the submission is scheduled, is cannot be edited. OnlyWire does not have the authority to go to the networks and alter posts. We can only syndicate to the networks you select.

OnlyWire currently does not support repeat syndication, but may be adding this in the near future.
You do not need to be signed up for all 46 networks. That said, you do need to establish accounts with networks to be able to submit content to those networks.  For example, in order to post to Facebook, you need to first establish a username and password with Facebook and then enter that log in information onto your OnlyWire Network page.
OnlyWire does not create network accounts for you. You need to establish accounts with networks to be able to submit content to those networks. If you don’t have a log in then go to the respective network’s sign up page and create an account.
Currently our platform does not have the capability to post images. The image that accompanies Facebook posts are pulled from your article by Facebook, not OnlyWire. We are looking to add this functionality in the future.
To pause submissions at any time, navigate to your Account page and select Pause. Scheduled posts and RSS Feeds will be saved for posting when you resume submissions. To resume posting, simply return to your Account page and select Resume Submissions.
Please Note: Pausing your submissions does not pause your billing period, and you will continue to be billed on your normal billing cycle.
If you would like to remain on the same submission plan but just want to refresh your limit prior to your next billing date, view your account. It’s $9.99 for an additional 1,000 submissions for the billing cycle.
Not all networks support status posts. i.e. HubPages requires all posts to have a title, URL, and body content.
Based on your current plan, you are able to create posts until you have reached your submission limit. Outside of OnlyWire submission limits, each network may have restrictions as noted in their terms and conditions.
You may want to revise your passwords to exclude the following characters in your username and password: $, +, # and ?. This should resolve the issue. Although networks allow special characters in their system, there are circumstances that prevent the successful transmission of data with these special characters included. We realize that this is an inconvenience for you, and do apologize.
OnlyWire uses the bit.ly shortener to trim down URLs before they are placed into Tweets, Facebook posts, etc. The benefit of URL shortener is that every link click can be tracked as it's redirected to its final destination. The bit.ly shortener provides analytics related to posts and neatens up long URLs before they are displayed within networks making them more pleasing to the eye.
Currently our platform does not have the capability to spin. We are looking to add this functionality in the future.
If you are using the WordPress plugin, this may be caused by the "Post revisions" option being selected.

If you have an RSS feed, you may have duplicate post titles with unique URLs. The RSS feature is designed to ensure that content is not sent twice by comparing URL and title.

RSS feeds can potentially get caught in a loop. For example: If you have a Blogspot feed, and you are syndicating to "Blogger." To resolve this, simply edit your  RSS feed from the feed page. Make sure that "Post to all networks" is not selected and uncheck "Blogger" from the list of networks you are syndicating to. The same scenario would apply to "Tumblr" and "Stumbleupon."

Account

If you forget your OnlyWire password, you can reset it by selecting Forgot password? from the login page and we will email you a new temporary password. Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your email inbox.
Free Trial Accounts
If you had a free trial account and it has expired, you will need to upgrade to a paid account in order to continue using OnlyWire. This will allow you to keep all your network logins and continue submitting content without interruption. You will also maintain your submission history and any links created using OnlyWire’s url shortener.

Paid Accounts
If you have a paid account and your account has been suspended, you may have reached your plan’s submission limit. To view your submission usage, select >Usage from your Username menu. From there, you can update your plan to one that better matches your submission needs. To do an instant reload of your submissions without changing your plan, select >Reload and follow the prompts.

Using OnlyWire may or may not affect your site's Traffic, Backlinks and SEO efforts.  How your site may be indexed by the various search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.) are controlled by 3rd parties and not OnlyWire.

Tools

An RSS feed (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly updated web content. An online publisher syndicates their content as an RSS Feed in order to encourage readership. OnlyWire enables you to deliver fresh RSS content to your social network accounts.

To add a new RSS Feed, go to your Feeds page and select >Add Feed. To edit, pause or remove an existing Feed, select the corresponding icon next to that Feed.

RSS Feeds are processed hourly.
If you notice that your posts aren’t posting to all the networks you have activated with OnlyWire, you may need to check your Feeds and select all the desired networks for those feeds.

To correct this problem and select networks for your RSS Feeds, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your OnlyWire Feeds page.
2. Select the pencil icon to view the Feed details.
3. Select >Customize to choose the networks you want to post that Feed to.
4. Select >Save Feed.

1. Open an existing WordPress post.
2. Make a small change (to change the post to a draft).

4. Select >Update.
OnlyWire should pick this up as new content in the next hourly cycle and post it to the networks you designated on your OnlyWire Feeds page. However, the post date will still display the Original post date of the article.

If you want the post to appear as a brand new post with a new post date, create a brand new post by following the steps below:
1. Create a new WordPress post.
2. Copy/paste the body of your post.
3. Change the title of the post to something different from that of the old post.
4. Make sure the box is selected that says “Post this to OnlyWire”.

No, comments/replies made using the monitoring console do not count toward your OnlyWire plan’s submission limit.
No need to download any software. OnlyWire submits your content for you instead of syndicating from your desktop. OnlyWire no longer uses the Submitter application to process submissions (posts). If installed, you may uninstall the Submitter Application from your computer.
We are not a content writing service, however, OnlyWire is the best way for you to promote and syndicate your content.
Once activated, the plugin immediately syndicates all newly published articles. To install, here is a WordPress guide.
OnlyWire’s extension is small software program that enhances the functionality of the chrome browser by allowing you to quickly syndicate web pages to all of your social networks. Download OnlyWire’s extension using this link https://www.onlywire.com/browser/extension and the OnlyWire “O” icon will appear in your browser.
Please visit the OnlyWire API page at https://www.onlywire.com/socialapi. You can use it to integrate OnlyWire’s automatic syndication capability into your platform. Please make sure the username is all lower case letters.

Networks

OnlyWire offers submission service to Facebook Profiles, Groups and Pages.
The OnlyWire tag is added only if you do not specify your own tags for a post. OnlyWire does this because some networks require tags in order to complete a post submission.
OnlyWire is not in control of the image that Facebook pulls from the link that we syndicate on your behalf. However Facebook’s Open Graph allow a certain level of customization. Here is an article that will help you with this: http://davidwalsh.name/facebook-meta-tags.
One is Google+ and the other is Google+ Page. One is private and the other is public, respectively. Profiles are for people; Pages are for businesses, brands, organizations, and public figures.
OnlyWire currently does not have the capability to submit an image or video within a post, but this is something we are planning on adding in the future.
We now offer the capability to add multiple accounts per network. To avoid confusion, a description is mandatory.
We cannot guarantee that 100% of your submissions will syndicate successfully. OnlyWire syndicates to social bookmarking sites to which we are unable to control the results. However, we do monitor all networks on a daily basis for abnormalities in succession rates then research corresponding services that need attention.
No, however we welcome suggestions for new networks. Please submit a Support Ticket with your recommendation to the Support Team and we will review it right away.
Insights provide measurements on your Facebook Page’s performance. Facebook provides demographic data about your audience, and see how people are discovering and responding to your posts. Facebook Insights is available for Facebook Profile, Group and Page.

TribePro is a member of OnlyWire’s Affiliate Network. They are separate companies with separate billing and support structures.

3. How do I contact OnlyWire Support?

To contact OnlyWire Support, please visit our support page at www.onlywire.com/support and select >Email Support. Please be sure to select >Affiliate Program from the “Type of Request” drop-down menu. One of our Support specialists will reply within 48 hours.

4. How do I contact TribePro Support?

5. If I have a question regarding TribePro, can OnlyWire help me?

OnlyWire support specialists are not trained on TribePro. For best results, please contact TribePro directly if you have questions regarding TribePro at http://support.tribepro.com.

6. How does my point system with TribePro affect my billing with OnlyWire?

Your subscription with OnlyWire is based on number of submissions. A submission, also called a post (or at TribePro a “share”), is any content or status posted to a social media site (i.e. 1 article submitted to Twitter). If you submit a single article to 50 social media sites, that would be considered 50 submissions. OnlyWire does not allow you to exceed your submission plan. If you reach your OnlyWire submission plan’s limit, additional posts will not be processed. Your points with TribePro and your submissions with OnlyWire are billed separately.

7. Which OnlyWire submission plan will satisfy my TribePro shares activity?

According to TribePro’s support site, the OnlyWire submission plan you will need depends on three things:

1. The number of social bookmarking or blogging accounts you have in TribePro’s auto-syndicate settings for OnlyWire shares.

2. How many people you auto-syndicate for in the TribePro members area.

3. How many posts those people submit on a daily/monthly basis.

For example, if you have selected 30 accounts for OnlyWire shares in your TribePro auto-syndicate settings, then when someone you auto-syndicate for submits one post per day (or 30 posts per month), you will use 30 shares x 30 posts, or 900 shares for that person, for that month.

If you have selected 10 accounts for your OnlyWire shares, that would reduce your shares to 300 shares for that person, for that month.

If someone posts 30 posts in a single day, and did this 3 times per month, that would be 90 posts, and sharing to 30 places would have used up 2700 shares for the month on that ONE person.  If you have a 25,000 submissions plan with OnlyWire, you would only be able to handle 10 people with that type of posting pattern.

If someone on your auto-syndicate list submits 5 posts per week (20 posts per month), and you are sharing to 30 places, then that’s 600 shares per month, per person, for whom you auto-syndicate.  If you are auto-syndicating for 100 such people, then 100x600 = 60,000 shares per month.

Since there is no way to predict the posting behavior of the people you auto-syndicate for in TribePro (how many posts they will submit per month), be sure to:

1. Check your OnlyWire Usage and History pages often.

2. Upgrade your OnlyWire Plan to match your TribePro usage.

3. Limit or reduce the number of people you auto-syndicate for.

8. What is included in OnlyWire’s Free Trial?

OnlyWire offers new users aFreeTrial of 7 days or 100 submissions. Once your Free Trial expires, you may continue using OnlyWire by upgrading to one of our paidplans. This will allow you to keep all your network logins and continue submitting content without interruption. You will also maintain your submission history and any links created using OnlyWire’s url shortener.

Your OnlyWire Free Trial of 7 days or 100 submissions includes:

  • 8 Social Network Accounts

  • 1 User

  • 1 RSS Feed

9. How do I set up my networks with OnlyWire to submit to 50+ social networks?

To set up your networks with OnlyWire, you first need to have active accounts with the social networks. Once you have established (and validated) an account, go to your OnlyWire Networks page, select >Add Network and follow the prompts. Enter your credentials for that network and select >Save. Your newly activated network will now appear on your Networks page.

10. How does TribePro submit my articles to OnlyWire?

When you submit articles through TribePro, TribePro submits all your articles through OnlyWire’s API in an automated submission process (you do not have to re-submit them on OnlyWire).  However, if you submit a post on OnlyWire, it will not post on TribePro.

11. After I create and/or share a post on TribePro and the post is submitted to OnlyWire for processing, how do I check the status of the post for the social networks that OnlyWire supports?

Then go back to your Networks page and select the network. Enter your account credentials and select >Save.

If you submit a post to a network that has been temporarily removed, your post will be placed in ‘Scheduled’ and will be automatically submitted when we bring the network back.
